So I have had a couple of people tell me that they can't understand the words to my speech and that it is a big deal or anything, but I thought I would post them so that you can read the along with the speech. It is just a bunch of inside jokes from semester so it may not make sense anyways but here you go.
Mr. Way Cool Public Speaker Teacher Man
We want to welcome you all to the studio recording of the newest Bud Light radio ad titled, “Real Men of Genius.” We don’t want to endorse anything that could get us in trouble so this first taping will be presented by The Manning’s, instead of Bud Light. This recording will require some audience participation as well so I want to explain what we want from you. There will be a part where I will point to you all and I want you to turn to Kevin and say, “Our Hero,” just like we do in our warm ups. Let’s try a practice run. (Point to group, “Our Hero”) Perfect, let’s get this show on the road.
Diet Coke present, Real Men of Genius.
Real Men of Genius
Today we salute you, Mr. Way Cool Public Speaker Teacher Man
Mr. Way Cool Public Speaker Teacher Man
You, Cesco, the only man we know who takes seven hours to drive from Flagstaff to
Phoenix. And the only man we know who can calculate the Weight Watcher points for each piece of road kill you see along the way
Lovin’ me some road kill!
There is no other classroom on campus where we could learn that ninjas are way cooler than pirates, that Corona beer is the best beer in the world, learn how to make crack and learn just how sexy Mel Gibson’s legs are in a kilt…all on the same day!
It’s feeling kind of drafty!
So we salute you Cesco, the leader of everything cool including the shake down, bodega bodega bodega, the legendary grey squirrel remix and who will ever forget pay the rent. It’s for all these things that make you…
OUR HERO!
So crack open a nice ice cold Diet Coke sensei of public speaking, because you put the cool in school.
